The techniques employed therein have developed rapidly in recent years, but the fundamentals upon which many of these techniques are based have remained constant and the majority demands the use of high purity inert materials. Gold/Platinum Crucibles & Moulds for sample bead preparation for XRF analysis

The use of non-wetting alloys gold-platinum and gold-rhodium-platinum for the

sample preparation of glass beads for X-ray fluorescence analysis is common practice throughout the steel, glass, cement and ceramic industries.

AML has developed a number of standard designs of crucibles, lids and moulds of alloys of non-wetting properties suitable for use with various automatic machines for glass bead preparations.

AML also makes a whole range of fabricated products like sheets, Iridium/Platinum electrodes, thermocouple wires for high temperature measurements and wires for resistance thermometry.

In addition to the above AML shall be pleased to fabricate any Platinum and PGM alloy articles against specific requirements.
